Alyssa Myers

Owner/Consultant

Alyssa has been an educator for her entire professional. She has been an instructor for at risk youth, professional corporate teambuilder, and park ranger specializing in training and interpretation. She is currently the training and education director for a state government agency. Alyssa is a certified instructor for the American Red Cross, OSHA, and several other organizations. She is also an instructor-trainer for several disciplines. Alyssa holds a Masters of Science form the Johns Hopkins University. 

Sean Myers

owner/consultant

Sean brings his vast knowledge and expertise in organic certification and agri-food regulation to Bear Pond Consulting. Sean grew up on a farm and was always surrounded by animals. He has managed a successful poultry hatchery, and is a Maryland certified Poultry Tester. Sean previously worked for the Maryland Department of Agriculture as an inspector, and manager of the Federal Grain Inspection Program. Sean also served as an Organic Inspector in all scopes, and has extensive training from the International Organic Inspectors Association. He currently works in certification for a large international organic certifier. He is able to leverage his expertise with his experience as a professional corporate teambuilder. He holds professional certificates in Organic Certification, Livestock Health Management, Dairy Management, Grazing Management, and Animal Behavior and Welfare.
